Mr. Albert was previously a Managing Director and head of New York restructuring at Macquarie Capital USA. Prior to that he was the head of restructuring advisory at Milestone Merchant Partners and was a Director in the restructuring practice of Giuliani Capital / Ernst & Young Corporate Finance.

Mr. Albert began his career working in the office of the CFO at Marriott International. He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Maryland, is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
 
Prior to joining the board of Hope Street, he was a board member and treasurer of The Hoop Dreams Scholarship Fund in Washington, DC.
