Steve joined Hope Street Group in 2010 as Director of Technology.

Steve is a nonprofit technology innovator having built the nation's first neighborhood wireless network in low-income communities in Philadelphia and conducted research identifying critical factors for technology adoption in the nonprofit sector.  He launched two nonprofit technology consulting operations within established organizations including United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania.  Most recently, Steve worked in the private sector as an IT Director for a Tier IV data center giving him extensive international experience in both the Middle East and Latin America.  Steve has also run a nonprofit management consulting group and a faith-based advocacy organization. 

Steve received an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a BS in policy analysis and management from Cornell University, where he served on the Board of Trustees.
